Application and Account Details

If you are under 18, you may use njsboutique.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. N&J’s Boutique reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company, to refuse service, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion. N&J’s Boutique is not taking responsibility in event of debit/credit card usage by minor to shop at our store. However if such event will occur, we are willing to consider allowing returns of goods purchased at njsboutique.com (provided that items are in their original condition, in their original packaging, with a tag still attached, not damaged, and not used), and to return paid funds for said goods to original payment method, after inspection of items condition (for rules please see section “Returns” below).
We may combine the information you give us with information from other companies and use it to improve and personalize our services, content and advertising. This may also be done on a reciprocal basis. And from time to time, we make portions of our customer list available to carefully screened companies so that they can contact you with offers and information by mail, telephone, email or otherwise. If you do not want your name and mailing details made available, no longer want to receive a N&J’s Boutique information or wish to alert us to duplicate mailings, email us at info@njsboutique.com. N&J’s Boutique is committed to respecting your privacy. An electronic copy of each order is held by N&J’s Boutique but will not be accessible to you. All orders will be concluded in the English language. We may also contact you for market research purposes. You agree that we may use Personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks.

Delivery

Delivery will be confirmed at checkout

Shipping is currently free for all orders over 150 AED. Orders under 150 AED will be charged at 20 AED for shipping per order. Delivery time will be confirmed at checkout. Please allow extra days for local holidays, weekends and sale time. N&J’s Boutique reserves the right to amend or change the free delivery offer at any time, but we promise to notify customers at least 14 days in advance.

Offer Order Codes

Free Delivery and other offer order codes remain the property of N&J’s Boutique, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer. Only one offer code can be used at the time for a cart.

Returns

You can return any unworn/unused items (in their original condition, with their original tag) within 7 days of receiving your delivery for a full refund. This does not affect your rights to return faulty items.

2. Keep your proof of postage until you receive confirmation you have been credited. You will receive a refund within 28 days to the payment method that you used to place your order.

Prices

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down. All prices shown are cash prices in Dirhams (AED). We reserve the right to accept or reject orders, to refuse applications. We will request payment for the full amount on cart check out.

Availability

All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality and value, or cancel/reject orders. You will be notified of such substitutes/cancelations when you place your order.

Colour Reproduction

N&J’s Boutique takes great care with colours selection used in the collections. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a variation from real product colour. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.

We reserve the right to refuse to enter a contract with any individual or company.
The supplier of the goods featured is N&J’s Boutique (a trading name of N&J Retail LLC), Sharjah, Sharjah Media City, UAE.
We reserve the right to not answer any questions related to names/trade names/detailed information of suppliers of goods that we sell.

Discount Codes Or A Percentage Off At N&J’s Boutique

Discount codes are valid for minimum amount stated.
If after applying discount code total value of cart is lower than 150 aed, free shipment is not applied.
All offers are valid until their expiry date.
The offers and coupons can only be used for purchases made online at N&J’s Boutique. It is not valid for any other transaction (e.g. email transactions, phone transactions, or other) and can not be redeemed in cash.
If the order is returned, the value of the offer or coupon is non refundable.
Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given.
N&J’s Boutique cannot accept responsibility for the loss of coupon code. It will not be replaced or its value will not be refunded if this happens.
All offers and coupons are open to residents of UAE that are over 18 years old only.
N&J’s Boutique reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or discontinue the offer, coupon etc. at any time.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Credit Card Payments

We are unable to accept credit cards that are due to expire. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorization has been obtained.

Registered Office

The supplier of the goods featured is N&J’s Boutique, trading N&J Retail LLC. N&J Retail LLC, registered in UAE, Office desk in Sharjah Media City.

Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with UAE Law. The parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the UAE Courts.
